I have severe congestion & risk of pneumonia from complications of a head-on collision as a toddler. Just dust can be a big deal. I used-to be on RX of 3-4 240mg tabs a day. But this product usually takes care of me with just 2 120 mg tabs-a-day, and without the usual sorta "jumpy" feeling in the later day from the RX stuff. Just a peaceful, "NORMAL" day for once.
This is the best nasal decongestant product there is. It`s the only thing that can knock out a really bad case of sinus congestion, whether it is from allergies or a cold. The downside to this formulation is that it may keep you awake for a while at night, but I usually take Benadryl at night, so that isn`t a problem.
I take this during the fall with my allergy medicine to prevent sinus infections. The trick to this medicine at night is drink a full 8oz of water after taking it. If I didn`t, I stayed up for a few hours. Drink lots of water and stick to every 12 hours. You will get relief fast! Enjoy, and feel better soon.
I have to have allergy testing done in a few days, and I`m not allowed to use an antihistamine. My nose is running so bad from my sinuses and allergies. I bought a box of the 12 hour nasal decongestant. I don`t know if it would enter fair with my testing. Thank you.
This is outstanding sinus decongestion medicine. I had a sinus lift in preparation for dental implants, and the doctor told me to take Sudafed after the surgery while I healed. I used this product for 10 days. I was able to breathe and I healed with no problems.
Another of my "secret weapons". I can`t breathe without it at night. A necessity for me. I`ve tried every over-the-counter similar product I could find. This is my all time favorite.
If you are suffering from nasal congestion, this is the best over-the-counter product out there, by far. It lasts for 12 hours and does a superb job of clearing your sinuses. This particular product is non-drowsy and I didn`t feel sleepy at all while taking it, which is great if you take this during the day. However, be warned: if you take this right before bed, it may be difficult to fall asleep. For that reason, this should only be taken during the day. I was impressed by Sudafed 12-hour and would highly recommend it.
Plus: Within 30-45 minutes of taking this, my runny/stuffy nose, sneezing and watery eyes returned to normal and it stayed that way until the middle of the next day...well past 12 hours. Minus: It kept me up ALL night long!!! Major negative! I was staying at a friend`s house when I started getting my symptoms so she gave me this. Had I known, I would have never taken it at 10:00 pm at night. I`ve never reacted that way to medicine, so I doubt I will take this again.
I frequently get allergies at this season so I`m always looking for over-the-counter relief. Sudafed 12 Hour Decongestant worked great. The advantage is that you need to take only one tablet and it lasts for 12 hours. Not like similar products that last only 4-6 hours at most. Sudafed helps clear nasal passages and helps you breathe easier. The only drawback is that is tends to make me a bit shaky, although the shakiness is not consistent over the 12-hour period. But most decongestants do this. Some more than others. I`d definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. For over-the-counter allergy relief, I always turn to Sudafed. I love all their products.
I`ve always had good luck with Sudafed products, and this was no exception. It took care of my congestion without making me too sleepy. Easy to take as well. I`d recommend all Sudafed products to family and friends.
I`m so glad I had the opportunity to try Sudafed! It came at a perfect time. I was suffering from a real bad head cold. I took it in the morning and it worked all day. This product was very helpful with my ongoing battle with allergies. I took it every day and I could certainly tell the difference. During the period I was to test it we had daily torrential rains. Dampness and mold are two things that trigger my allergies the most. Although they still acted up, this medicine helped to control it so that I could still remain functional. I`d highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from allergy problems!

This is an excellent product for the common cold or sinus problems. When I received it, my son was experiencing sinus problems. He began using it and within two days he was much better. The non-drowsy formula allows you to use it during the day without drowsiness. I wouldn`t recommend taking it at night. It works well, and I`ll purchase this product in the future.
