I am not an avid user of this product yet (I have a hard time remembering to take something everyday, I am busy). I get a lot of colds, and when I do, I take this product. This product seems to knock down a cold faster and better than Cold Eeze. I love it!! I should use it every day! The taste is bland, but not bitter. Take it with the coldest water you can.
