I take this every day, twice a day, during flu and colds season, and more often if I am around people who are sick, or start to feel a bit of the telltale sore throat, and it works! It does give a tiny energy boost, not a whole lot, but I swear by it for boosting the immune system!
There has been a bad flu going around for the past couple of months and this product single handedly kept me from catching it! Even when my hubby caught it, I kept adding this to my tea twice a day and I never got sick. I take vitamins and exercise, and this product is now a natural part of my health regime.
