I use this product along with my daily dose of Claritin as a supplement when my allergies are really acting up.
Anyone who buys this needs to understand that it is aimed at those with High Blood pressure, who cannot take de-congestants. No, the antihistamine in this doesn`t work as well at "drying out" your sinuses as, say Sudafed, or other actual de-congestants, but it is substantially better than nothing, for those of us who cannot take de-congestant drugs. I thank God for it this medication, every time I have a cold!
