Abri Form Fitted Briefs are an all-in-one product for all degrees of incontinence, from light to very heavy. These briefs are available in various sizes and absorbency levels to meet individual needs. They are provided with refastenable tapes for easy fitting and are particularly suitable for severe forms of incontinence as well as motoric, very active users.

I use these as my primary brief for total incontinence. I get around quite a bit and these never leak unless I let them go too long, or have a bad day. The odor control could be better, but it`s better than most department store brands. As far as bulkiness goes they are very thick but compress well under most clothing. You feel less discreet than you actually are with them. [...] On a side note, I use these with plastic pants to help control odor and the occasional leak out the side panels when sitting down, but that is a good idea for all disposable products.
These briefs have the highest capacity of any disposable on the market that I know of. Great for long-term use, like travel and over night wear.
This is a very good product. Other more popular brands may be slightly cheaper, but are far behind in quality.
