This is the only calcium that I will take. It is harvested from underwater, not above water where it has broken loose and dried out.
I used up one bottle of these and can`t say that it did anything for me. Can`t say it hurt, either. I prefer to drink my calcium instead of taking pills, so I`m using liquid supplements now.
