As a 50 yr old man who works hard to keep in shape, I find it works best when used in combination with L-Arginine and yohimbe and my wife is very pleased. For me it hasn`t produced the desired results when used alone, but I think it does give a little extra `pop` when used in combination w/the above. The main ingredient Epimedium grandiflorum is a potent herb and may cause side effects in some people, including rapid heart beat, restlessness, and insomnia so start out w/a low dose until you find out how it affects you.
