Its the only thing that works for me!!! I have allergies to my dog and other unknown substances twice a year, all kinds of symptoms to an insane degree. It used to make me drowsy and cranky but that kind of went away once I got used to taking it.
This stuff really works, but it also knocks me out! I get so drowsy within an hour of taking it I can only use it at night. If you look at some sleep aids you`ll see that their active ingredient is the same as in Benadryl, so I guess there`s a reason! Even so, I take this at night (about an hour before I want to go to bed) and sleep super-soundly with no allergy symptoms waking me up.
