Difficult to adjust to at first. Had to attach strip over bottom lip, leaving top lip free with small opening for mouth. Attach side pieces higher on cheeks for good coverage. Helped the night mouth breathing and dry mouth. I do not have apnea. Not a complete solution, but very helpful after one gets used to it. Must have at least one nostril open for nasal breathing.
