I am a size 6 and these fit me perfectly. They were great for the first two to five days. They wore out after that, unfortunately. I am on my feet about 8 - 10 hours a day, so maybe these are cut out for a couple hours a day. I replaced these with Life Fitness insoles (either Tri-Link or Sport) and they lasted me much longer.
These are really good- in fact; I enjoy them for the most part. They fit in all of the right places- since I am about a size 6.5 to a 7; however, the very top (where it ends) rubs against the lower part of my big toe. My big toe is constantly in pain because of this. I cannot wear these while working out anymore because my big toes always hurt.
I think these are better for people with small feet. I`m a size 8, and the arch was too short.
