In order to minimize pulling out my hair when I try to comb through it after shampooing, I use a wide tooth comb. Up until now, I`d been using the ones with the big plastic beads at the ends of the teeth, but I found that eventually, the beads would loosen, and they would catch my hair and pull it. Ouch. Since drugstore.com always seems to have the one thing I need and can`t find elsewhere, I looked here first; this comb was the first on the search list. It`s the perfect comb. It`s got a nice smooth heft to it - not at all flimsy. In fact, it looks like a much more expensive comb! It`s not something you need to worry about throwing into your handbag or luggage either - it`s definitely well-made enough to withstand getting a little mistreatment. Overall, it`s exactly what I needed and pleasantly more than I expected.
I have shoulder lengh hair and this comb works great!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a daughter with curly hair and one with straight hair and this comb gets through both types of hair. It is a comfortable size to use when I comb their hair out and it makes quick work of tangles.
