Very helpful for a healthy life
Love these. I compared all available vitamins before settling on this one. It has more of everything than any of the other leading vitamins, but not so much that it`s dangerous. Yes, vitamins and minerals can be dangerous if too much is taken. I have to be careful because I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, so am on several prescription medications. This product doesn`t interfere with any of them and provides me all the vitamins and minerals I need.
I`m 45, and this has been my choice of multi-vitamin/mineral for at least 25 years. There`s no aftertaste. It works for me.
