This is a great iron pill. I was taking some other iron and it had about 1/3 of the iron this pill has. Make sure to take this will Vitamin C or orange juice to help absorption.
Appreciate the high potency of elemental iron 65mg. I can take fewer tablets. It was hard to find a product that provided the potency I needed.
I love how tiny the pills are. Many pills are huge and difficult to swallow; these are easy for me. I only take one every two or three days instead of every day like the directions indicate, because daily use causes constipation for me (as I`ve heard is common with iron supplements). It`s necessary to consume a decent amount of fiber throughout the day when taking this! But I should anyway, right?
