I have tried tons of different multi-vitamins from good vitamin shops and they all made me incredibly sick. One from GNC had my vomiting for several hours and gave me horrible cramping. I gave up on vitamins all together and vowed to never go through all that again. Then I ran across One a Day in [...] and decided to give it a try. These are the only multi-vitamins I have found that don`t make me sick. I have an extremely sensitive stomach. I like that you only have to take one, they are easy to swallow, don`t leave a disgusting taste in your mouth and they don`t make me violently ill. Finally I can take a vitamin like normal people without getting sick.
What good is a vitamin supplement that you can`t take? These make me SO sick to my stomach. I can only give Women`s One-A-Day 1 star - I will not ever buy them again. I started taking Nature Made`s Multi For Her and haven`t gotten sick once.
These contain most of the supplemental nutrients I like to take and they are really dense. The tablets are small for comprising so many vitamins, and so much of each. This is why I give two stars. However, the fact remains that they are completely useless to me because they make me horribly ill. I take them in the morning because that`s when I can remember them; and no matter how much I eat with them they make me really nauseas. I have nearly thrown up several times and get sick every time I take them. It lasts about 2-3 hours and is truly unpleasant.
