When I added this to my vitamin regimen, it was after hearing of all of the benefits. I am not sure why it is so expensive, but it is worth it. As an antioxidant, its effects were obvious within days. My facial skin was clearer and brighter, and remained that way every day that I took it. I ran out and forgot to purchase more, and my adult acne returned. I will not go without it again.
These pills made me so sick that I had to stop taking them after three days. What a huge waste of money! Do NOT take this unless you have worked up to this high dosage. Start with something much smaller.
