I know it`s kind of "not the point" of doing Atkins, but I am just the kind of person who CAN`T miss breakfast...if I do, I`m done for the day...I munch on it till just before lunch & with lunch, I get an Atkins approved meal....I`m good for the day till 7pm usually!
My husband loves these bars! He eats one for breakfast every morning enroute to work. When he wants to lose weight, he eats one for lunch also then has some fruit and a diet soda. Seems to work for him. I buy 4 or 5 boxes at a time!
These are my favorite.
