I found this to be highly effective at lightening the hair on my arms and face (I have black hair, fine texture). It felt slightly uncomfortable on my arms, but it stung a great deal on my face (what else would you expect hydrogen peroxide to feel like). This completely bleaches my hair in less than 5 minutes. After I wash it off, the skin on my face is red due to the irritation, but this goes away after 15 minutes. I didn`t notice any bleaching of the skin (I am medium-toned). However, it does dry my skin out temporarily, so I have to apply more moisturizer than usual immediately after using it. Overall, I highly recommend this product because it is effective and quick.
I never made it past the skin test, which I would strongly advise you do before you put this on your face. It burned, itched and stank like crazy.
I`ve used this product for DECADES. Love it, wouldn`t think of using anything else!
