this product helps hot flashes/I notice a return of them when I`ve stopped taking it
This product is great, you just take one tablet daily. It helps with the hot flashes at night and during the day.
I`ve taken Soy Balance once a day for years after having a hysterectomy at age 39 and 10 years of HRT. After reading some reviews whereby it is taken twice a day maybe I`ll try that. I did quit taking it once thinking it was a bunch of hooey! But it`s not. I immediately got hot flashes etc back so started up again. I buy a package of 56 (I think) at BJ`s Wholesale Club.
