Not perfect, but its the best I have used out of a hundred different products.
I`m giving this a three, because it can go either way--depending on what consistency you want in your pencil. They don`t claim that it`s silky and goes on smooth, and there`s a reason why. The pencils are waxy. I have oily skin, so they REALLY don`t work as eye liner. I can use them on my brows though--works ok. Still waxy though--kind of coats the brows in a weird, shiny way (its only weird, if you`re staring at yourselves, 3 inches from a mirror). Also, as far as Ive been able to tell, they just give you two of the same pencil, which makes no sense to me... especially because they`re hard pencils that wont break or EVER RUN OUT. So, I don`t know. Guess what Im saying is: DONT BY THIS PRODUCT EXPECTING TO USE IT AS EYE LINER, TOO. Otherwise, go for it I guess.
