I`ve been using this for a couple of years now and has not gotten tired of the scent. It is a clean fresh scent, and not overbearing at all. I get lots of compliments on how good it smells. Don`t expect it to last all day - no scented lotion ever does. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly - no greasy feel.
This is truly my favorite product of all time. What`s funny is that I really didn`t like the smell the first time I used it. Now, I LOVE it!
I use this on my hands every night as I`m getting into bed. Infuses my dreams w/the heavenly scent, while keeping my skin smooth & soft. But that`s not all: also use it on my hands & arms every day. The nut oil gives a lovely sheen to your skin & truly makes any crepiness disappear. The scent is heavenly, if indescribable. I also use the perfume & oil & bath gel because it`s truly my signature scent.
I am a lotion connoisseur. I have used everything from drugstores to high end department stores. This is an outstanding lotion if you like something that`s thick and moisturizing without being overly heavy or oily. It absorbs in quickly, so you don`t have to keep rubbing it. The fragrance is great, I get complimented on it all the time, and the moisture lasts all day. As with other lotions, I didn`t buy into the firming claims, because lotions just don`t work that way. Regardless, it`s an outstanding product.
I am new to all philosophy products and just received the amazing grace firming emulsion about 3 days ago. I have received two comments of how GREAT I smell within 2 days and both compliments were at the end of my 8 hour day. I am surprised because I can`t smell it, but others definitely do and I have only the lotion. So now I want more of the fragrance.
Only 4 out of 5 stars because I don`t really notice any "firming" effect. But, that`s not why I bought this lotion anyway. I LOVE the scent and get compliments on it all the time. As with most philosophy lotions, a great moisturizer.
This moisturizer is great! It smells wonderful and feels fantastic! I always get compliments on how good I smell.
I love a LOT of the products by Philosophy, but I recently REALLY fell in love with this one. It came as part of a set (thought it was kind of pricey bought on its own) and I was VERY impressed with the silky richness of the lotion, and the SMELL...! What can you say about the ADDICTIVE scent of Amazing Grace??? If I layer it after bathing with the Grace 3 in 1, I don`t even need to spritz on the Grace perfume to smell good all day. VERY good lotion; especially with dry winter air fast approaching! It`s NOT greasy at all. It would make a GREAT gift, too!
The shipping was so fast. I have 69 yr old skin and the amazing grace is so emollient. It is my new favorite. I have baby grace also for the soft fragrance. I love the amazing grace more because it is a lighter scent. I do get headaches if a scent is too strong. I am hooked on these graces. Thank you.
I apply this after every shower. It makes me feel and smell so clean and fresh. It just picks me right up! Also, my skin has never been so soft and beautiful. I can`t imagine a shower without it!
This is by far my favorite lotion, my skin feels absolutely fabulous. I wear it everyday and for me it`s well worth the price and one of the things I can`t be without, the other being the perfume spray. At the end of the day my skin is still silky smooth and I still get compliments on the fragrance. Love IT!!!!!!!!
The lotion`s okay. It smells nice, and the scent lasts for a while after you put it on. Other than that...it does nothing else. Don`t expect too much.
This is a very expensive body lotion. The smell was decent. I did not find it to be very moisturizing either. Plain old Cocoa Butter works great for a lot less.
I just finished my first bottle, and I must say, I don`t get it... This lotion does smell really nice and clean, and it goes on easily. However, I haven`t noticed any firming and in fact is looks less firm than when I was using a different lotion. My skin has been drier the past few months than I`ve ever seen it. I went through the bottle in three months, time only using it only on my legs! I can`t imagine how quickly I would have gone through the bottle if I used it all over. Revlon Aquarmarine leaves my legs feeling the same as the philosphy lotion. Sure it doesn`t smell as good, but I can use the money I saved on lotion to buy the fragrance (which will last a whole lot longer than 3 months).
