Great to `stave off` yeast infections before they start if you are prone to getting these. If Im starting to feel a bit itchy/irritated down there (and that`s usually a sign for me), Ill pop one or two pills and it goes away quickly, usually within the hour! Works great and I gave it 4 stars because sometimes I have to take more than 1 pill per dosage. I normally take it daily.
This is a terrific supplement that I always keep in my refrigerator! If I have any symptoms of Candida, I take just one and I feel SO much better. If I`ve eaten too much sugar and I can`t sleep, I take one and I feel fine in no time. I definitely would recommend this product.
