I`m not sure about the weight loss yet however, I`ve tried several different GNC products and I can say this one definitely gives you a boost of energy. I closely monitor my heart rate before during and after working out. This seemed to increase my heart rate by 30-40 faster than usual when warming up prior to working out. Overall according to my polar monitor I did burn about 300 more calories than usual immediately after working out. Hopefully this will result in weight loss as well.
