About 15 minutes after taking this I get horrid stomach pains that last 20-30 minutes- I mean really intese. I`ve tried it 10 imes- same thing every time and I took it with plenty of water.
I`m not sure about the weight loss yet however, I`ve tried several different GNC products and I can say this one definitely gives you a boost of energy.
