I`m very pleased with these multi-vitamins. Drugstore.com sent them to me very fresh, which surprised me. I`ve gotten these before at my local GNC and they weren`t as good. The pills are fairly big. So if you have a hard time with pills, you may want to look into the liquid form of this product. I prefer these though.
