For a multivitamin, I assume it has everything you need. I haven`t had problems after taking them, and I feel like they do give me more energy. I hate taking them though, I take 4 other pills and save this one for last. It doesn`t smell as bad as most multivitamins, but they still make me want to gag, the taste is terrible, and they are hard to swallow.
One of the better multivitamins out there. I`ve been taking these for close to 6 months now, 2 a day along with a Total EFA capsule.
I loved this vitamin and feel better when I take them. I did get nauseas when I had them after breakfast, so I started taking them after lunch and I had no problems.
