I could not find the 1 mg tablets in my local stores after I ran out. I tried the 3 mg but they were too strong causing very colorful and suspenseful dreams, which was not restful. So, I discontinued using Melatonin. Then I found these and they are sublingual which works wonderfully. As one passes middle age, Melatonin needs to be supplemented. These work the best!
Works pretty good - sometimes I need to take two. The cherry flavor is nice. For me, these work much better than the tablets you swallow, so I only recommend sublinguals.
