I have always had problems with protein digestion and muscle problems, and 24 hours after taking the Amino Acid supplement (3 on an empty stomach with a glass of water), I had relief from my muscle pain and soreness, and my energy level went through the roof! I already am food and supplement conscious, and take what my blood tests indicate I need to have, but this was the "finishing touch" to my supplement program. I am thrilled.
