This is the only Fish Oil I take I have tried them all...and I mean that !... this GNC salmon oil..produces the best RESULTS..helps me handle stress much better...
I really did not like these capsules. They are huge and somewhat hard to get down. They gave me very bad nausea and about an hour after taking them I would get a bad fishy taste in my mouth that would last for hours. I had to give these pills away.
I bought these because I heard they were great for improving skin. After taking them for about 3 weeks, I did notice my skin was more supple and yes, my nails also grew like crazy. The directions say to take 2-3 with EACH meal, which means 6-9 per day. That sounds like a lot to me, so I`ve been taking 2-3/day instead. Still, the effects are great. Be sure to take these with food, or at least a full glass of water or you may end up burping a fishy taste, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.
