Really helps get to sleep and stay asleep.
I tried it for the first time last night, and it really worked: It put me to sleep and I slept through the whole night (7 1/2 hours), even though I`m ordinarily a terrible sleeper. I took off one star because I needed a heavy duty, 30-minute nap at midday. I slept like a rock after lunch, which I never do -- that had to have been a result of some residual grogginess from the melatonin. But overall, I`d say it worked as well as Ambien CR the one time I tried it.
I`ve struggled with sleep for quite some time and sought alternative sleep aids as I don`t like the way that prescription sleep aids make me feel. Since I`ve begun taking these, I`ve noticed a steady but gradual change in my sleep. Whereas I was sleeping 3-4 hours a night before, I`m now sleeping at least 8. I definitely think this supplement has helped and would recommend it to anyone. I have not had any side-effects from the product.
