I have occasional bouts of insomnia brought on by stress. I`ve tried all the PM versions of pain relievers but they didn`t help that much and they`d make me wake up with a pounding headache. I decided to try melatonin because it had mostly good reviews. I`ve used it three or 4 times so far and it`s worked well for me. I`ve also noticed that even if I do wake up the middle of the night when taking it I am able to fall back to sleep fast.
This stuff is awesome AND natural! It should be noted that 3mg is quite strong and will make you groggy in the morning. Instead, I cut it in half every night and it is PERFECT. I love melatonin.
Provides desired results, but has caused some unwanted side effects.
