This is the best tasting flax I`ve ever tried! It comes ground up in a compressed package that must truly lock in the flavor. Where I used to dread the "flax is good for you" sprinkle on my oatmeal, I now shovel it down with a spoon all by itself. Now I add it to everything, especially my daily protein shakes. I`m telling you -- this flax blows the lid off all others. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is I have to order a heck of a lot more!!!
