I started taking this once a day years ago for chronic bad breath. I soon discovered that it also allowed me to go without underarm deoderant on most days, too.
I started taking this with the hopes that it would be a cheaper alternative to Body Mint. It is not. I got great results with that, but nothing changed with this. Mind you, these aren`t marketed for the same use, they just have similar ingredients. These pills are really big soft capsules. They are bigger than my omega-3 fish oil capsules even. About 20 minutes after taking one of these I have the worst indigestion and heartburn ever. It lasts for a few hours too. Also, the strangest thing is I start burping up what tastes like lighter fluid. It`s truly disgusting. Considering the fact that I`ve seen no results other than a very upset stomach, I will not continue taking these.
