I take it once a day to help with totally gross dandruff. It took about a week or so for the results but not a flake now.
I often read that Borage oil is supposed to ease PMS symptoms and shorten the length of the period. I took 1 capsule a day for a month - and I have to say; it really works, I am very impressed. I have less pain before; much less breast tenderness and it lasted only 4 days, not the usual 7. Nice.
