Since menopose is within the reach, I started looking for better quality with lots of minerals in one tablet and fewer quantity of serving, not 3 or 4 tablets/day, although I`ve been taking calcium, magnesium, etc for a long time. I know I`m a bit picky, but then I found this: this product contains very good amount as well as various kinds of minerals in one tablet. I thought I finally found something I wanted to take. You need to take only two tablets/day too! I`m hoping to avoid osteoporosis and provide good things for ovaries and the rest of my body. I take this everyday and was recommended to take this kind in the morning, then these minerals will help you get going throughout the day. The slight setback is the size, maybe it cannot be helped when it contains so many kinds in one tablet. When you can`t swallow and tablets stay in the mouth, the taste isn`t nice. That happens occasionally though. Overall I love it!.
This is a great supplement with a mix of minerals that I haven`t found anywhere else. It has everything needed and in the right amounts. However, I have a really hard time taking it. The tablets are very big and even though I have tried cutting them into as many as four pieces, they end up with sharp edges that get caught in my throat.
I take these to boost my mineral intake. All the essential minerals are included in optimal amounts, and this is the only formula like it I have found.
