I use this product as a dietary supplement and as a topical healer. As a supplement, aloe has a long list of benefits. Probably more than as a supplement, I use it for topical treatment of bug bites/stings, cuts, scrapes, burns, etc. Two years ago, I was bitten by fire ants all over my feet and ankles.
