These are very disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and buy the capsules that you can swallow.
I`d rate it zero if I could. They`re huge, disgusting horse pills.
I don`t normally leave reviews, but I felt the need to provide a more current update on these vitamins. I`m not a huge fan of the Ultra Mega Women vitamins so decided to give these a try because theyre chewables...these are probably the nastiest vitamins you will ever chew. They start off good, but halfway through, it makes you want to spit them out.
