Definitely feel an increase in energy for when I go to exercise - takes about 30 minutes to kick in.
At 180mg, this product contains a great deal of caffeine. This is as much as a large cup of coffee. As a caffeine sensitive person, I am afraid to even try this.
Calling these things "cinnamon flavored" is a joke (they taste awful), but that doesn`t detract from the fact that Burn 60 flat-out works. I take two of these 30-45 minutes before I go to the gym, and by the time I get there I feel like I`m ready to lift a freight train. And even when I`ve finished my workout, I still feel like I could go another hour without being tired. I`ve been looking for something to fill the void ever since Ripped Fuel stopped using ephedra. Burn 60 appears to be the answer.
