This stuff is great and I can only agree with the first review. Good Stuff!
I have been taking this for two weeks now- 2 pills a day. Plus I run 3 times a week = 18 miles. This is clearly working, especially around my middle area. Even with running I still had love handles that would not reduce at all. Now I have a waist again. I am amazed at how effective this is. I gave it 4 stars because the pills are enormous- almost too hard to swallow.
