These vitamins make me feel healthy, but the odd sweetness in the flavoring is a deterrent. I think I will go back to the less expensive version of these. Basically the same vitamin it seems ( bought these for the "active" claim), but they taste better and cost less!
I do not recommend theses vitamins, although results obviously vary with each person. Firstly, I had headaches each time after I took them. Uncertain why or what to attribute it to, I continued to take them for a couple of weeks and the results (migraines) did not cease. Perhaps it was the green tea that did it? Lastly, these vitamins have a sweet flavor. It was odd taking them with such a distinctive sweet flavor and a sugar substance is contained in the ingredients. I did not find that I had increased energy at all, just increasing migraines. I switched to the Women`s Mega Time Release and things are quite dandy...I really like them! No headaches, no sweet flavor, just good ol` supplements and increased energy.
I`ve been using these vitamins since last year and they work very well with my schedule, diet, and exercise. I take one in the morning with breakfast and the second around noon and it has been very well that way. I do give it a thumbs up!
