I agree that I see a difference in my nails but nothing in my hair or skin yet. I`m amazed no one mentioned the vanilla flavoring on these! I HATE taking vitamins. These aren`t too big but also have a very pleasant vanilla taste to them. It doesn`t last long so you still have to swallow quickly but it is so much better than a "vitamin" taste.

This product is wonderful! I have had problems with my nails for about 9 years. Several different doctors have not been able to help me.
