In general I like the bottle better, since it puts out a better dose (I gave it a 5 star), however, I like these little vials if I am going somewhere special and don`t want to mess up my eye-liner, since they do put out only a tiny amount (smaller droplet compared to other brands, thus less messy), and don`t tend to spill over. This is my absolute favorite brand of drops for dry eyes, and I think I have tried them all. It has helped me get back into contacts. I use the drops before bed and when I wake, and this makes it so I don`t need them much during the day. The eye dr. told me to take them a good 15 minutes before putting contacts in, and not to use while wearing them, since it hasn`t had a trial with contacts, to her knowledge.
