I have used this product for the last 9 months. I started to have some hair loss and texture change last year after my surgery. I did not know that anesthesia can cause hair loss. With my ethnic hair it is important to maintain a healthy hair care regimen. I was told that Biotin works but, only in the certain doses. I tried this product and was very pleased. I`ve had people tell me my hair looks healthy and strong. It seems thicker than before my surgery. This product is for nails but it works wonders for your hair too. You have to stay true to the daily intake. I think this will be a part of my daily regimen for life.
This stuff really does work! I started taking it in December. Now my nails are noticeably harder and not splitting or peeling. The color is really nice too - the yellowing is gone. It did take about 3 months for the new stronger nails to grow in.
My nails were so soft they were breaking below the quick, occasionally causing my fingers to bleed. Now after 2 months of taking of using this supplement they are hard and thick and all grown out to a nice medium length.
This is a great product for nails, but it has also helped my hair! It is hard to find Biotin in this amount (2.5mg) in other supplements. You do have to take it a while before you see the results, so be patient.
