My husband had joint pain in his feet and the doctor said it was gout. After reading about the effectiveness of cherries, we decided to give this product a try. He is on his second bottle and has had no foot pain since he started taking it.
I started having terrible gout problems about 10 months ago. Every time I would have a few drinks containing alcohol or eat a steak I would have a flare-up. I then purchased the cherry concentrate capsules and have been gout free for a month and I have been able to go back to my previous lifestyle. I simply take 4, 250mg capsules each morning. I may try to reduce this to see if I can reduce the number to 2. I just hope it continues to work. I told my Rheumatologist about it but he said he`d never heard of cherry helping but had heard of dairy products being beneficial. Well I`m here to tell you the cherry concentrate works so far.
