This really curbed my appitite, and i found i was in better moods. It gave me enough energy to keep working out everyday. I`m still using it and haven`t weighed myself, but i feel better in my clothes!
I give it a 3 because I`m still trying it. I`ve been using it a month and I haven`t stepped on the scale but have noticed inches melting away. It did curb my appetite, and I ate at regular intervals. Like with ALL fitness recommendations you have to exercise and eat properly. You can`t expect pills to do the ALL the work.
I gave this item 1 star only because I could not leave the option blank. I do not feel that this product reduced my appetite in any way. I do feel that it caused mood swings and general uncomfortable behavior. I would NOT recommend this product in any form.
I love this stuff. I have only been taking it three weeks, and I haven`t lost any weight, but I work out a lot and I have noticed I am losing inches and my sugar cravings have disappeared. No jitters, and no trouble sleeping. I just feel all-around good while taking this.
One star is very generous. This product did NOTHING!!!
I perfer this over the original. I can take this before dinner, and no jitters no headaches, I`m not up until 4 AM and I think it`s working great. You can`t be on a diet and just take a pill thinking you can eat what you want. This helps. With the Slim-fast plan I went from 2lbs a week up to losing 3.5-5lbs a week. It really helps, no headaches or hunger here. I take it 30 minutes before I eat as well, keep one in my purse, and one at home.
Caffeine-free Hydroxycut is the best thing I have taken, and I have taken lots of diet products. I have high blood pressure, so this is perfect for me. I got into a pair of pants that I was gonna give away, and I`m not even finished with my bottle yet.....It hasn`t been a month and I`m losing weight, so thank you very much for considering people with high blood pressure.
