I love this stuff! I massage it on my temples and the back of my neck when I`ve got one of those headaches that`s likely to resist going away. I like the fact that this product dries without leaving any noticeable residue on my skin. (I`ve never tried it on my legs, but it`s a bit pricy for that, in my opinion.)
I broke my ankle this past winter and it had was hard casted for 7 weeks. I`d just gotten the cast off and was getting a massage and had asked the masseuse not to touch my ankle as it was very tender and stiff. She asked if she could use a cooling gel on it and I agreed. After about 1/2 an hour I could not believe how much better my ankle felt! The stiffness was completely gone. I`m getting physical therapy now, and I use it every day to ease the soreness I get from PT! I also use it on my neck and shoulders for tension and my forehead for headaches. I absolutely love this stuff, and was thrilled to find it on drugstore.com!
This product maybe pricey, but it`s the best natural cure for a migraine I`ve ever tried. It also lasts a long time. It took me more than a year to go through it all. Rub a small amount into the temples, across the forehead, and into the shoulder/neck area. Lie down, take a deep breath, and let it work its magic. The masseuse suggested this use for the product along with its treatment for minor muscular aches and pains, and for the prevention of swollen feet/ankles during long plane rides.
