I am a 33-year-old female who is still prone to small breakouts and could not live without my Cuticura. I have to always order it online, as you cannot find it in any drugstores here, but it is well worth the time it takes to order and drugstore.com makes it easy. I LOVE this product and this site.
I bought this for my husband since he suffers from cystic back acne. Although it hasn`t totally cleared up the acne, it has made a significant difference. Most of the acne just dried up without leaving the skin dry. He uses it as total body soap. I use this soap on my face and have also noticed a difference in skin. My face is smoother and I haven`t had a breakout since. This soap has a very medicinal smell but it works. Well worth it. We`ve also tried Cetaphil gentle antibacterial soap and this is better.
I have used Cuticura since 1974 when it cost .49 cents a bar. It is the best medicated soap and I highly recommend it. I have had a lot of trouble in the past with getting it from my neighborhood store and I decided to try you and NO PROBLEM. I have been using Cuticura medicated soap for thirty years. It works great. Not only do I use it on my face, I use it on my entire body. I am 52 years old and I get compliments on my skin all the time and people have told me that I look like I am in my 30`s or early 40`s. And I don`t even wear make-up; only on special occasions do I wear make-up. This soap is wonderful.
This is the ONLY soap that prevents acne and itching on my back! I can`t live without it!! My son loves it, too.
I had acne and face pimples for years and tried many different remedies, some very expensive. I tried this soap about 15 years ago and saw immediate improvement. I`ve been using Cuticura ever since and it works wonderfully for me. If you have pimples or acne this is a good product to try. I wash my face twice each day, morning when I get up and evening before bed, and haven`t had problems with pimples. This is an inexpensive solution to try. I can`t guarantee it will work for you, but it sure worked for me. One other note: Make sure you remember to wash your hands regularly during the day, at least 4 or 5 times. The combination of clean hands when I touch my face and Cuticura twice a day (face and hands) works.
This soap has a rather high alkaline pH of 10.0, so it dries out the skin. It provides a moderate amount of lather and has a fairly strong, medicinal scent. At 5.25 ounces, this is a large, somewhat cumbersome bar of soap. Its price per bar is high - even taking into consideration the higher weight per bar. I didn`t like this soap; I used it twice and threw it in the trash.
This is my second order of Cuticura soap. I bought it for my 14 yr old son; he`s had keratosis pilaris on his arms since he was 2. I figured we`d just give it a shot, because we stopped using the creams the dermatologist gave us years ago. So far, his arms feel softer. The jury is still out, but we have seen a slight improvement, so I think it is doing fairly well. Also, my older son uses it on his acne and it seems to help there, too. I think Cuticura is an all-around good soap.
This soap is amazing. Having struggled with acne for years I can`t believe what a difference cleansing my face with this had made in four days. It has healed my skin and helped fade red marks and really has made my skin glow. If you have tried everything to clear your skin like I have and nothing has worked, you have to try this! I wish I would have tried this years ago.
I`m very dissapointed with this product. I went through all the trouble of asking my aunt in the states to order this on drugstore.com because I saw the reviews and it seems the majority are happy with the product. I don`t understand how this product didn`t work for me. It didn`t clear up my pimples at all and I didn`t feel clean after using this.

I really have tried almost every product on the market for my acne. Even the famous Proactiv. Nothing ever worked for me. I have really oily skin which causes me to break out. Cuticura is the only soap that actually heals my blemishes in 2 days. Plus, it does not dry out my face like most products. Everyone should try this stuff at least once to see if it works for them. I bet it will.
Amazing soap! Used this as a teen, and then couldn`t find it anymore until shopping at drugstore.com! Cuticura is really excellent soap. If you`re oily or have acne, try it.
I was skeptical, as I`ve tried pretty much everything under the sun for my sensitive, acne-prone skin. I used it on my face and body, but it dried out my face a bit too much. It did help clear acne though, on my face and body. I used to use Neutrogena Body Clear Acne Wash, but this stuff works just as well on body acne, it`s cheaper, AND it leaves skin feeling softer. Even if you`re skeptical, I recommend trying it because it`s so cheap. If anything, you can use it as a gentle antibacterial handsoap that doesn`t dry out skin.
I`m a bilateral amputee. Before I started using Cuticura, I had continuous breakdowns (sores) on my stumps. Since I started using it: none. And that`s been 35 years. Great product.
