I try to use it each morning. Since using the past month I have had less breaktouts.
I have cystic acne, and as much as this product claims to relieve redness and blemishes, it did the complete opposite for me! I broke out even more after only a week of using this product, and it turned all my blemishes into a bright red color. Also, it tightened and dried my skin to the point of discomfort when I don`t even have dry skin. I couldn`t even finished a quarter of the bottle and threw it away. I`m taking fish oil now and that has completely cured my acne.
I use this cleanser twice a day with the Total Effects moisturizer with SP15. I have been looking for acne products that won`t dry out my skin and this cleanser does the trick. It has cleared most of my acne. I`ve had acne most of my teenage and adult life and no dermatologist has been able to help me. This cleanser has a nice mild scent and is soothing to my senitive skin. Highly recommended!
