I started using these after my sons` dermatologist mentioned that some of the stuff she was giving to the kids was good for wrinkles too. I feel like I have tried almost every highly rated anti aging product listed here at Drugstore.com, and never really got any results. I started aging very quickly at 45. My whole body started to sag, especially the skin on my face and neck. My skin tone is greatly improved and my neck is much firmer after using these for about a month. They don`t dry me out, and somedays they are all I use, moisturizing only as needed throughout the day. I have never had a night time routine, but these make it easy to clean and moisturize. I can see where they might iritate sensitive skin, but luckily I have had no problems, even around my eyes.
I have oily skin and acne problems, and can`t use anything with benzoyl peroxide. I normally use Sea Breeze`s Clear-Pore Astringent, but these are just as effective and are easier to pack when you`re traveling than a toner bottle + bag of cotton pads. Anything you get with 2% salicylic acid is going to sting a bit, and these are no exception. These pads have a rough texture, which is great when your skin is feeling especially oily/dirty, but can be a bit too much when your face is more tender. Lastly, the camphor smell is strong and might linger a bit after you`ve put it on. In short, if you need some strong pads and can tolerate the smell, these are a great purchase.
I was breaking out like crazy so I starting using this. Within two days my acne starting clearing up, these are the best medicated pads I`ve ever tired. The only down side is it made my face a little oily.
