This sponge really works...maybe a little too well. It`s a bit rough...you might want to go with the extra gentle one. But aside from that, it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth as a baby`s behind.
The "regular" buf puf`s are too harsh for everyday use. If you want help with exoliation everyday and don`t want something too harsh that is inexpensive, use these. Can be used with regular soap
I bought both gentle and regular. I tried gentle first, I think it`s perfect, just enough and not too much.
