I use this product before bedtime, usually right after a shower. It works especially well if you just worked out before the shower. You definitely have to keep up with it, putting it on twice a day every single day, to see results. Just within a few days i noticed smoother, less dimpled legs (less visible cellulite). A great additive to your workout schedule!
After reading the raves, I thought I`d try it. I`m not overweight & have relatively mild cellulite. I was amazed other reviewers say that the product was slimming, since overall "size" reduction isn`t actually claimed on the package (despite the product`s name). What it claims-- to reduce dimpling, simply did NOT happen to me, after 8 WEEKS of daily application per the directions. Yes, with wishful thinking, this sucker bought 3 (or 4?) tubes and used them all-- with no noticeable reduction in dimpling. Don`t be suckered like me; save your money and your time on what WORKS in reducing moderate to bad cellulite (I once had moderate cellulite): a ketogenic diet & plenty of exercise! But the stuff has a nice smell and feels cool and stimulating on the skin. That`s it.
I`ve been using this product during summers for a couple years now. I have tried the day, night, and AB formulas, but the day product works as well as the AB product on my stomach for me. A great additive to your workout program. Apply in the morning after your shower AS DIRECTED, and it does work. Will keep you motivated to burn that fat off your hips and thighs. Helps you shrink down enough to slide into that pair of jeans. Makes your muscles show through and helps with stretch marks. Wonderful product!
